Man in Cooking was established in November 2005 as a call out chef for event companies. Freelancing in number of restaurant around Cape Town and Johannesburg mastering the art of gastronomic cooking. It started working as Alpha Communication’s private chef and undergoing a mentorship (Ayanda Hollow Director) in business development, marketing brainstorming, social event planning, cooking and coordinating Van Ryn piano summit at Niki’s Oasis. It was active as a Food & Entertainment close corporation in 22/05/2007.
Providing a list of services, Man in Cooking’s vision is to build a string of chefs from the previously disadvantage communities. Trained in a fine dinning environment, Edgar Osojnik one of South Africa's awards winning chef at Buitenverwachteng wine farm restaurant, conducted an intense three years training program that finished off with six months of theory at The Culinary Academy (TCA) Cape Town. |
